OTI offers AJA members and other jail professionals the opportunity to grow in their occupations and increase their knowledge through interactive training classes. The best part is . . . AJA-OTI courses can be taken wherever and whenever you like and our automatic grading features, employee training reports and self-publishing tools enable agencies to easily automate and customize their training to meet their specific needs.

By launching the first Online Training Institute dedicated to jail professionals and enabling agencies to take (1) online classes, (2) automate and track employee training hours and (3) self-publish their own courseware, the American Jail Association is truly meeting its mission to advance professionalism and provide leadership in the corrections industry.
